At DishaLuxeGifts, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience for all our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • If you cancel a prepaid or partial COD order before it is dispatched, you will receive a store credit coupon equivalent to the paid amount.
  • The coupon code will be valid for 12 months and can be applied to any future purchase.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds except in rare cases where:

  • A wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is damaged on arrival, with valid unboxing proof.

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory (from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the condition of the item).
  • Once verified, we may offer a free replacement or issue a store credit coupon for the same amount.

We will not be able to process refunds if:

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the delivery.
  • The delivery is refused without valid reason.
  • Delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details.
  • The product has been opened, used, or worn.

3. Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, unless:

  • You receive a wrong or damaged product.
  • You share a proper unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

Return requests without proper proof or after the mentioned time frame will not be accepted.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in cases of wrong product delivery.
  • After successful verification of your claim (with unboxing video), we will either:
  • Send you a free replacement, or
  • Issue a store credit coupon equal to the product amount, valid for 12 months.
