Shipping & Handling Policy – DishaLuxeGifts

At DishaLuxeGifts, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with the utmost care. Please read our shipping and handling policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

If the product you ordered is out of stock, our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp or email with two options:

  • You may choose an alternative item of similar value, or
  • Wait until the item is restocked.

We aim to minimize such occurrences, but in rare cases, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer both free and paid shipping options based on your order value:

  • For orders below ₹599, a shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.
  • For orders above ₹599, shipping is free.

All applicable charges will be clearly shown during checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) / Partial COD

To ensure secure and genuine orders, we currently offer Partial COD:

  • For orders above ₹599, a confirmation amount of ₹49 must be paid online. The remaining balance is payable on delivery.
  • For orders below ₹59910% of the order value must be paid in advance. The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

Important: The advance amount is non-refundable in case the customer cancels or refuses the order at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping Partner

We ship all orders through Delhivery, one of India's most reliable and trusted courier partners. This ensures timely and safe delivery of your jewellery.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped and picked up by Delhivery, a tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered WhatsApp number.
Please check your WhatsApp, as well as your email inbox and spam folder, for shipping updates.

If you do not receive your tracking link within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Delivery Issues & Claims

If your order status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, you must raise a complaint with us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery update.

We can only escalate such issues to Delhivery within 4 days of the marked delivery date. If you report the issue after this time, we will unfortunately not be responsible for any loss or non-recovery of the package.

We strongly advise customers to monitor tracking links regularly and check their spam folders for any missed notifications.

7. Customer Unavailability at Time of Delivery

If you are not available to receive the order at the time of delivery, please ensure you answer the call from the delivery agent.
You will also receive a WhatsApp message from Delhivery with an option to reschedule your delivery. Kindly select a convenient date to avoid failed delivery attempts.

Please Note:
If the order is returned to us due to your unavailability, and no rescheduling is done in time, no refund will be provided, and we will not be responsible for the loss.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please record a clear unboxing video from the very beginning, showing:

  • The outer packaging condition
  • The full opening process
  • The product(s) received inside

This video is mandatory for us to raise a claim with the courier partner.
Failure to provide this video or relevant photo proof will result in the complaint not being entertained.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your name, shipping address, and contact number are correctly filled in at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

10. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

While we strive to meet these timelines, delays due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or courier issues may occur and are beyond our control. We will, however, assist you in resolving any such problems promptly.
